Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads and develop potential clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Present and promote the company's products and services
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service
Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and client concerns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or any related field
- At least 12 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to do fieldwork and client visits when necessary
