The HR Intern will support the HR department in daily administrative tasks and activities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in benchmarking studies and salary surveys.
  • Assist in organizing employee training and development programs.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
  • Help in the preparation and distribution of HR communications.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.
  • Identify patterns and trends to support HR strategies and decision-making.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Recommended Skills

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace.
  • The ability to work as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 4th year of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related business courses.
  • Must be a college student with at least 300 hours of the internship requirement.
  • Must have a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) from college or university.
  • Can manage regular working hours, Mon to Fri 8am to 5pm.
