The HR Intern will support the HR department in daily administrative tasks and activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist in benchmarking studies and salary surveys.
- Assist in organizing employee training and development programs.
- Participate in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
- Help in the preparation and distribution of HR communications.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.
- Identify patterns and trends to support HR strategies and decision-making.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Recommended Skills
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications
- At least 4th year of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related business courses.
- Must be a college student with at least 300 hours of the internship requirement.
- Must have a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) from college or university.
- Can manage regular working hours, Mon to Fri 8am to 5pm.
