Pros: The job security here is really solid. I always felt like my role as a Network Administrator was safe. Plus, the team in the Dallas office is usually pretty supportive, which helps when things get hectic. It's a decent place for entry-level tech talent.
Cons: Work from home (WFH) options are super limited, almost non-existent for my role. Even if you're sick, it's a fight to work remotely. This makes it tough to balance personal stuff. The ICT industry demands a lot, but this lack of flexibility is a real drawback.
Advice to Management: Management really needs to rethink its work-from-home policy. Offering more hybrid or remote options for ICT roles would help with employee retention and morale. It's a big deal for us.
