- Perform manual and/or automated testing to ensure software quality and reliability
- Review business/technical requirements and prepare test cases, scripts, and scenarios
- Identify, log, and track bugs or issues, working closely with developers for resolution
- Conduct regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Document and report test results, ensuring compliance with standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Open to junior to mid-level QA testers (experience level will define scope of responsibilities)
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter, Postman) is a plus
- Good to excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience in software development or banking/financial projects is an advantage
