This position is offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract to address specific, time-sensitive operational needs within the Asia Pacific Talent Acquisition team. Responsibilities will include high-volume recruitment coordination and regional hiring initiatives aligned with defined business periods. Additionally, this coincides with the upcoming global implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS), during which increased coordination efforts are anticipated throughout both the rollout and transition phases.
Team Summary
The Asia Pacific Talent Acquisition Coordination (TAC) team plays a critical role in enabling the success of Visa’s Talent Acquisition function across the region. As the operational backbone of the AP TA team, the TAC team partners closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Executive Assistants, and candidates to ensure a seamless, efficient, and high‑quality recruitment experience.
The team is responsible for driving interview coordination excellence across multiple countries and time zones, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and a strong candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.

Working Hours / Shift Information
