Responsible for payroll preparation from timekeeping validation to coordinating with the Finance Team for checking and approval
Maintain an accurate record of employee data and regularly update employee compensation files
Provide prompt assistance to concerns related to payroll, benefits, and other HR matters.
Coordinate employee enrollment in health plans and other benefits.
Ensure compliance with DOLE and other government institutions.
Relevant experience in compensation and benefits, especially in manual payroll
Knowledgeable in HRIS and similar platforms
Experience in bank transactions and account opening
Relevant knowledge in HMO processing
