  • Maintain an accurate record of employee data and regularly update employee compensation files
  • Provide prompt assistance to concerns related to payroll, benefits, and other HR matters.
  • Coordinate employee enrollment in health plans and other benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE and other government institutions.
  • Relevant experience in compensation and benefits, especially in manual payroll
  • Knowledgeable in HRIS and similar platforms
  • Experience in bank transactions and account opening
  • Relevant knowledge in HMO processing
