Administer employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and leave policies.
Prepare and deliver regular reports on compensation trends, benefit utilization, and ROI of programs.
Prepare compensation analyses for internal stakeholders including executives and department heads

Proficiency in HRIS and compensation tools
Solid understanding of employment laws and benefit regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
