  • Administer employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and leave policies.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on compensation trends, benefit utilization, and ROI of programs.
  • Prepare compensation analyses for internal stakeholders including executives and department heads
  • Ensure accurate and timely benefits-related compliance reporting
  • Lead relationships with external benefits vendors and consultants.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation for compensation decisions and benefit plan operations.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards on compensation metrics, cost modeling, and benefits utilization.
  • Adaptability and continuous improvement mindset
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, or HR analytics
  • Strong knowledge of compensation structures, job evaluations, and benefits administration.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and compensation tools
  • Solid understanding of employment laws and benefit regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
