- Handle customer inquiries via phone
- Provide accurate information about products, billing, or services
- Resolve concerns professionally and efficiently
- Document interactions properly in the system
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets

If you’ve worked in customer-facing roles around Quezon City, you already qualify.
