Hiring managers lose great candidates to empty calendars. This role exists to make sure that never happens.

F5 Global Talent is hiring a Recruitment Coordinator to own the interview scheduling pipeline for a growing U.S. company hiring across multiple regional teams.

This is a hands-on coordination role for someone who can keep calendars full, follow up with candidates daily, screen resumes for basic fit, and make sure the hiring process keeps moving without delays.

What You’ll Do

  • Schedule interviews using Calendly integrated with Microsoft Outlook calendars
  • Coordinate interview times between candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams
  • Post job advertisements on Indeed and other hiring platforms
  • Screen resumes for basic fit based on role requirements
  • Run daily phone and email follow-ups with applicants
  • Keep applicant tracking spreadsheets accurate and up to date
  • Monitor interview calendars and make sure open slots are consistently filled
  • Track candidate status, next steps, and follow-up reminders across multiple open roles

What We’re Looking For

  • Hands-on experience coordinating recruitment or interview scheduling
  • Working knowledge of Calendly and Microsoft Outlook
  • Experience posting jobs and reviewing resumes for basic fit
  • Strong spoken and written English for daily candidate calls and emails
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple open roles at once
  • Strong follow-up habits and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and keep the hiring pipeline moving
  • Availability to work U.S. business hours from India or the Philippines

Nice to Have

  • Experience using Indeed for job posting and candidate screening
  • Experience maintaining applicant tracking spreadsheets
  • Prior recruiting coordinator, HR assistant, or talent acquisition support experience
  • Familiarity with ATS tools or CRM-style candidate tracking systems

Important Note

This role requires prior interview scheduling experience. We are looking for someone who has already managed candidate calendars, follow-ups, and interview coordination. Applications without relevant scheduling experience will not advance.
