Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations

Management, or a related field.

  • At least 2 years of experience in logistics, operations, warehouse coordination, dispatch, or a

similar role.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Logistics Coordination

 Plan daily delivery, pull-out, ingress, and egress schedules while maximizing

vehicle and manpower utilization.

 Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Drivers, and On-Call Teams to ensure

smooth execution of daily operations.

 Monitor schedule changes and resolve operational issues promptly.

Vehicle Management

 Monitor vehicle maintenance, preventive maintenance (PM), repairs, cleanliness,

and overall roadworthiness.

 Coordinate vehicle registrations, insurance renewals, inspections, and insurance

claims.

 Ensure vehicle tools, safety equipment, and documents are complete and

properly maintained.

Warehouse & Inventory Coordination

 Monitor inventory movement, quality checks, and warehouse organization.

 Monitor damages and losses and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.

 Conduct periodic inventory and asset audits.

Administrative & Process Support

 Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate logistics records.

 Coordinate Purchases, Payments, Permits, And Other Operational Requirements.

 Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational

efficiency.

 Perform other operations-related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
