  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote recruitment services and grow client and candidate databases.
  • Create compelling content for digital platforms (social media, website, email newsletters, job portals).
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to promote job openings and candidate success stories.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Manage and update the companys website and social media channels.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns for job fairs, career expos, and client presentations.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports.
  • Assist in creating marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, videos, and case studies.
  • Support the business development team with lead generation and promotional activities.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in marketing; experience in staffing, recruitment, or HR industry is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Canva, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
