Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute trade marketing plans aligned with business and sales objectives.
  • Plan, coordinate, and evaluate trade promotions, product launches, and in-store marketing activities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to support customer-specific marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage point-of-sale (POS) materials and ensure timely distribution to retail partners.
  • Coordinate merchandising activities to maximize product visibility and availability.
  • Monitor promotional budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of marketing programs.
  • Measure the effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) of trade marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and external agencies.
  • Prepare regular reports and provide recommendations to improve channel performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 25 years of experience in trade marketing, brand marketing, sales, or category management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, retail, or distribution is an advantage.
