Job Responsibilities
As a Blended Customer Service Representative, you will handle customers queues to assist global customers with their car rental needs.
- Assist customers with vehicle reservations, booking modifications, cancellations, and billing inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
