Job Summary: The CBRE Compliance Analyst supports the implementation and sustainment of the corporate compliance program. This role is part of the Legal Compliance job function, which is responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance, balancing business and compliance solutions, and informing the company of options and risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing basic compliance system assessments for initiatives, inspections, and training.
- Creating standard reports of improvements and recommendations using aggregate data.
- Identifying and troubleshooting data integration and integrity issues, and escalating as needed.
- Assisting with the creation of department policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
- Supporting the distribution of communication to raise awareness of critical topics.
- Retrieving information from databases for investigations.
- Acting as a liaison between the investigations team and various business units.
- Communicating results and violations to management.
- Applying standard compliance principles with limited practical experience.
- Leading by example and modeling CBRE RISE values.
- Impacting the quality of own work.
- Working within standardized procedures to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
- Exchanging information, asking questions, and checking for understanding.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of experience and education.
- Experience: Up to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Skills:
- Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
- Experience analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
