Purpose/Overview
CBRE is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Full Stack Engineer to join the Global Occupier Solutions Architecture & Pricing (GOSAP) Team in Manila. This role will report to the Sr. Engineer and play a key part in designing, developing, and deploying intelligent, end-to-end solutions with robust full-stack architectures.
Working closely with project teams and CBRE Digital & Technology representatives, this role will be responsible for building scalable applications, automating complex workflows, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize operations within the Sales & Solution Enablement function.
Key Responsibilities
- Application Development & Architecture
- Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance web-based platforms aligned with CBRE’s digital architecture standards.
- Create a modular architecture that supports components such as pricing engines, proposal templates.
- Develop APIs and backend services for data processing, pricing calculations, and automated document generation.
- Design and manage databases for client data, pricing models, historical proposals, and operational metrics.
- Integration & Automation
- Integrate the application with existing enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Graph) for seamless data flow.
- Security & Compliance
- Implement encryption and secure authentication for sensitive client and pricing data.
- Ensure adherence to CBRE IT policies and client-specific compliance requirements.
- Performance & Scalability
- Optimize system performance to ensure fast response times for pricing calculations and proposal generation.
- Design for future growth and integration with additional AI capabilities.
- Collaboration & Innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure application development meets operational and business requirements.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies in AI, automation, and full-stack development.
Qualifications/Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development (React, Angular, C#, REST API, Python, or similar).
- Knowledge in development and administration of PostgreSQL, MSSQL, or MySQL.
- Knowledge in developing ETL processes to extract data from various sources like Salesforce, Microsoft SharePoint, or Excel to target systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field. Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in developing Low-Code/No-Code solutions like Power App or Power Automate is a plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
