We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, lead generation, and account management, with the ability to develop strategic partnerships and close high-value deals. This role requires a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is passionate about expanding the company's client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, target markets, and competitive opportunities.
  • Generate leads through networking, outbound prospecting, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM software.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Attend virtual meetings, networking events, and client presentations as required.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and business opportunities.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, account management, or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close new business.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.


Preferred Experience

  • Experience selling professional services, outsourcing, recruitment, staffing, SaaS, or technology solutions.
  • Experience working with international clients, particularly in the US, Australia, or the UK.
  • Knowledge of consultative selling and solution-based sales methodologies.
  • Experience managing remote client relationships and virtual sales meetings.
  • Existing professional network within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry is an advantage.
