Job Security Is A Real Concern Right Now
Pros: As a Junior Consultant, I gained good initial experience. The projects offered solid learning opportunities in the consulting services industry. Team members in the Dallas office are usually collaborative.
Cons: Job security has been a big worry recently. We've seen some layoffs affecting various teams. It's tough to feel stable in this mid-sized firm with the recent shifts.
Advice to Management: Be more transparent about the company's financial health. Clear communication helps employees feel more secure during tough times.

Job Security's Okay for Service Delivery Roles
Pros: The company usually has a consistent pipeline of client engagement projects, so as a Project Coordinator, I always felt busy. They don't do massive layoffs, which is good for general job security in the Dallas, TX office. It's a decent place for steady work if you perform.
Cons: Still, some of the projects are short-term, which can make it feel a little less secure if you're worried about gaps. It's not a company known for huge growth spurts, so job security for certain specialized roles can be a bit stagnant. You really have to stay on top of your game.
Advice to Management: Keep the project pipeline strong and consider more internal training for career development, which boosts long-term job security for employees.

Decent Benefits, Salary Needs a Bump for Project Coordinators
Pros: The health insurance for my Project Coordinator role was actually pretty solid. They cover a good chunk of it. Vacation time is okay, you get 15 days after a year. It's standard for the professional services industry.
Cons: My base salary wasn't super competitive, especially for the Atlanta office. Raises are rare and usually pretty small. Don't expect much in terms of bonuses or 401k matching. It's kinda basic, not great for long-term savings.
Advice to Management: Management really needs to look at market rates for compensation, especially for junior and mid-level roles. Better salaries and more robust 401k matching would help retain talent a lot.
