Are you passionate about technology and providing excellent customer support? We're looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join our growing team!

Description

  • Provide first-line support for IT-related issues via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Perform troubleshooting for hardware and software problems, including Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory.
  • Utilize ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Zendesk for ticketing and incident management.
  • Ensure timely resolution of service requests and incidents while maintaining service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Document technical issues and solutions in a knowledge base for future reference.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 36 years of experience in IT service desk or technical support roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of IT Service Desk practices and tools, including ServiceNow, Remedy, or Zendesk.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 365 applications.
  • Skills and Competencies: Experience with Active Directory for user management.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Skills and Competencies: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
