What You'll Do:

What We're Looking For:
✅ Minimum of 2 years experience in a service desk or technical support role in an MSP environment.
✅ Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and common IT tools.
✅ Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a flexible environment.
✅ Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus.
