The Head of Accounting and Finance oversees an organization’s financial health, combining strategic financial planning with operational accounting. This executive role drives profitability, manages cash flow, establishes internal controls, and ensures strict compliance with regulatory standards (such as IFRS or GAAP)
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy,
Must have valid CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license
5 to 10 years of progressive experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial
Financial Strategy: Deep expertise in financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial statement analysis.
Regulatory Compliance: Full mastery of Philippine tax laws,(BIR) regulations, and statutory compliance
