Result of Service
The Individual Contractor will contribute to the effective implementation of the UNSDCF, the operationalization of the Emai Fund, the closure of the Ezingo and other funds, and the advancement of joint programming across the UNCT. Key deliverables include:
- Effective operational and coordination support provided to the Emai Fund, including governance meetings, reporting processes and stakeholder engagement activities;
- Progress achieved on the closure of the Ezingo Fund, including follow-up on outstanding reporting requirements and closure actions with participating organizations;
- Coordination and implementation support provided to UNSDCF joint programmes and joint initiatives, including preparation of relevant programme and reporting documents;
- Effective secretariat support provided to assigned UNCT coordination mechanisms, including agendas, meeting reports, action trackers and follow-up on agreed actions;
- Briefing packages, presentations, talking points, background notes and information products prepared for the Resident Coordinator’s Office;
- Documentation of lessons learned, good practices and results related to joint programming, pooled fund management and UNCT coordination;
- Final consultancy report submitted, summarizing activities undertaken, results achieved, lessons learned and recommendations for future action.
