The Role

We are looking for Graphic Designers who will play a key role in shaping the visual aspects of regulated corporate disclosures and internal projects. You will help us transform complex data and text-heavy documents into visually compelling and accessible designs.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements, visualize, and create graphics (illustrations, layouts, photos)
• Design for annual reports, proxy statements, sustainability reports, and corporate documents.
• Ensure visuals capture attention, communicate clearly, and align with branding.
• Collaborate effectively within a global creative and production team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts/Multimedia Arts or equivalent experience.
• Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and design techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and work methodically.
• Experience in publishing and designing financial or corporate documents is a plus
• **Willing to take a design assessment using InDesign and other Adobe Creative products
