Qualifications
High School graduate.
Excellent English communication skills.
4+ years of experience in contact center, customer support, or high-volume outbound / inbound calling.
At least 1 year of experience in recruitment operations.
Strong English communication and call-handling skills, with the ability to confidently manage difficult conversations and follow-ups with candidates and clients.
Ability to take control of calls, drive conversations effectively, and ensure timely coordination and resolution.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with multiple priorities.
