An Appointment Setter Backer at Cyberbacker plays a key front-line role in creating opportunities. You will be the first point of contact, engaging leads, building interest, and setting qualified appointments that drive client success.

Key Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound calls to schedule client appointments
Respond quickly to new leads within set operating hours (“speed to lead”)
Qualify prospects based on readiness, fit, and motivation
Follow up and nurture leads using structured communication cadences
Handle inbound calls, texts, and emails professionally
Use scripts effectively while managing objections and delivering value
Update CRM records accurately after each interaction
Coordinate and manage appointment calendars
Submit regular performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly)
Requirements
Prior experience in appointment setting or similar role
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
Comfortable with phone-based work and script delivery
Strong listening skills and customer service mindset
Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented
