Follow up and nurture leads using structured communication cadences
Handle inbound calls, texts, and emails professionally
Use scripts effectively while managing objections and delivering value
Update CRM records accurately after each interaction
Coordinate and manage appointment calendars
Submit regular performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly)
Requirements
Prior experience in appointment setting or similar role
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
Comfortable with phone-based work and script delivery
