The Executive & Crisis Communications Officer d rafts, reviews, and submits speeches, policies, and guidelines in line with the Executive and Crisis Communications functions. He/she coordinates with the needs or requirements from various business units/institutions/companies on events/activities that are endorsed/approved by BPI senior leadership team to participate. He/she is an essential part of the team that provides strategic advisory for the CEO and Senior leadership team, shaping and positioning them as industry leaders.
Responsibilities
- Drafts, reviews, and submits, speeches, policies, and guidelines in line with the Executive and Crisis Communications functions
- He/she is an essential part of the team that provides strategic advisory to the CEO and Senior leadership team, shaping and positioning them as industry leaders
- Works closely with the Executive and Crisis Communications Senior Officer, Corporate Communications, and Corporate Affairs heads to develop and establish organizational messages. Ensures that there is sound communications plan for issues and crisis situations that the company can implement anytime
- Assists in setting the narrative for the unibank CEO and Senior Leadership team
- Assists and ensures senior executives are briefed in events where they are invited to speak/attend
- Coordinates with the needs and/or requirements of various business units/institutions/companies on events/activities that are endorsed/approved by BPI senior leadership team to participate
- Perform administrative duties such as eproc maker
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communication or any related field
- Must have at least 3-5 years' experience in corporate communications and public relations
- Extensive crisis communications practice and strategic thinking
- Sound understanding of traditional and new media landscape
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
- Organized with attention to detail while working well under pressure
