Job Summary
The Stockman is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and issuing stocks and supplies while maintaining accurate inventory records. This role ensures that all items are properly stored, readily available, and accounted for to support the efficient operations of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and inspect incoming stocks and supplies to ensure accuracy and quality.
Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels regularly. Submit daily, monthly & annual inventory report.
Arrange and store items properly to ensure easy access and prevent damage or loss.
- Stock Issuance & Monitoring
Prepare and release requested items to authorized departments in a timely manner. Report low stock levels, discrepancies, and inventory issues to the supervisor.
Keep the stockroom clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Complete and maintain all inventory-related records, reports, and filing requirements accurately.
Qualifications
College graduate of any business-related or relevant course.
Willing to be employed under our partnered Manpower Agency
Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, or stockroom operations is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of inventory control and stock management.
Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving stocks and supplies.
Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate in record-keeping.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
