Provide expert guidance and support to the Project Management Team on ESH matters, monitoring and verifying compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
Assist in coordinating ESH aspects of projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring, to monitor and verify that ESH considerations are integrated into project management.
Identify, assess, and mitigate ESH risks associated with projects, and develop strategies to minimize potential impacts on employees, the environment, and the community.
Develop, review, and update ESH policies and procedures to monitor and verify compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Collaborate with project teams to develop project-specific ESH plans, including hazard assessments, risk management plans, and emergency response plans.
Provide ESH training and awareness programs for project team members, contractors, and stakeholders to monitor and verify that they understand their ESH responsibilities and obligations
Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor and verify compliance with ESH regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Investigate ESH incidents, near misses, and accidents, and prepare reports to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Develop and track ESH performance metrics, including injury rates, environmental metrics, and compliance metrics, and report to stakeholders.
Communicate ESH information and project updates to stakeholders, including employees, contractors, regulators, and the community.
