SENIOR E-COMMERCE & MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities
- Oversee e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc.), manage digital marketing campaigns across different platforms, analyze performance, and collaborate with teams to drive sales and ensure brand consistency.
- Process and fulfill orders across multiple platforms; monitor inventory, request replenishments, and handle manual or automated order tasks.
- Manage Amazon FBA/Seller Central and FBM orders, handle lost/damaged claims, coordinate frame replacements, affiliate requests, and internal frame purchases.
- Update MSRP, manage listings and discounts on Shopify, maintain Amazon account health, and resolve marketplace or fulfillment issues with partners.
- Identify lost or damaged items, initiate and track claims, resolve disputes, and manage chargebacks with proper documentation.
- Support the Customer Service team with product/order inquiries and monitor high-risk or unfulfilled orders.
- Generate and update sales reports, maintain KPI dashboards, and track chargebacks/fraud.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies, develop and update SOPs, and maintain a centralized repository for procedures and essential resources.
- Monitor competitors' pricing, product strategies, and promotions to adjust accordingly.
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Web Development, and Third-Party Logistics teams to improve e-commerce operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and e-commerce systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
