SENIOR E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE
Role Overview
- Process orders accurately and timely across Amazon, Shopify, BestBuy, Walmart, and eBay.
- Handle lost/damaged claims, FBA/FBM accuracy, frame replacements, affiliate requests, and internal purchases.
- Oversee listings, pricing, account health, and monitor high-risk orders.
- Manage chargebacks, disputes, and resolve customer/order issues.
- Maintain sales reports, KPI dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Identify process inefficiencies, maintain SOPs, and organize resources.
- Track competitor pricing, strategies, and promotions for adjustments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- 3–5 years of extensive e-commerce experience.
- Skilled in managing operations on platforms like Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok.
- Digital marketing skills: SEO, SEM & paid ads, social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), email marketing, content strategy.
