Tough to balance life with work at this firm
Pros: You get to work on some really interesting legal cases, which is a plus for my career development. The team is supportive when things aren't too crazy, which helps when you're doing onsite work.
Cons: Work-life balance here isn't great, especially for legal professionals. Expect long hours and unexpected weekend work to meet client demands and court deadlines. Billable hours targets are pretty demanding.
Advice to Management: Management really needs to re-evaluate the billable hours expectations. Consider hiring more staff or implementing better workflow tools to ease the pressure on us.
