Pros: The hybrid model is actually pretty good here. I loved my WFH days, which really helped as a Privacy Consultant. It's nice to avoid the San Francisco commute a few times a week.
Cons: Even with the hybrid model, you're still expected in the office 2-3 days. That's not fully remote, and sometimes it felt pointless. Also, team meetings didn't always consider time zones well.
Advice to Management: Really look at why people are coming into the office. Make those in-office days more valuable, maybe focus on collaborative tasks. Be more mindful of different time zones for global teams.
