Team's Good, But Culture Feels Disconnected
Pros: My immediate team in the Chicago office was fantastic. Everyone supported each other, especially among the Project Coordinator roles. We had a real sense of camaraderie, which made daily tasks much better.
Cons: The company culture overall in this mid-sized corporate environment felt pretty cliquey. There wasn't much clear communication from leadership, which made it hard to feel like part of a bigger mission. It's often top-down and a bit stiff.
Advice to Management: Try to foster more transparency and inclusion across all departments. The 'us vs. them' mentality between different levels really impacts the company culture. Encourage more bottom-up feedback.
