Logistics Coordinator

Decent pay, but career growth is tough here
Pros: The pay is actually pretty decent for the transportation industry in São Paulo. I've gotten good experience as a Logistics Coordinator handling daily shipments. The team is usually supportive, which helps a lot.
Cons: There's just not much career growth. It's hard to move up, and internal promotion isn't common. Training and development feel pretty neglected, especially for mid-level roles.
Advice to Management: They really need to think about career paths. Invest in training programs and show employees there's a future for them at Sesé Brasil. It would make a big difference for retention.

Job security is okay, but not great here
Pros: For logistics roles, especially at a global company like Sesé Brasil, there's always work to be done. You don't have to worry about the company disappearing overnight. The core business in the supply chain is pretty solid.
Cons: It feels like management makes quick decisions sometimes, which impacts teams. They're quick to restructure departments or shift priorities without much warning. This creates some uncertainty, making job security less predictable than you'd hope for.
Advice to Management: Try to be more transparent about upcoming changes, especially those that affect teams. Clear communication on business strategy would help employees feel more secure about their future in this large transportation company.

Pay is Okay, Benefits Could Be Better
Pros: The base salary for a Logistics Coordinator here in the São Paulo office is pretty solid for the local logistics industry. They do offer a good health insurance plan, which is a big plus.
Cons: Annual raises aren't very competitive, so you're not seeing much growth year over year. There's also not much in terms of performance bonuses or extra perks for supply chain roles.
Advice to Management: Review the annual raise structure and consider implementing a clear performance bonus system, especially for key operational roles in the logistics sector. It would really help with retention.
