Pros: I liked how accessible some of the senior leaders were, especially for an e-commerce startup. You could usually chat with them about project ideas for Software Engineer roles. There's a lot of vision for what the company can become.
Cons: Sometimes it felt like there wasn't a clear direction from the top. Communication could be a bit inconsistent across departments in the Manila office, making it tough to align. High turnover in middle management didn't help either.
