Pros: For software development roles, there's a good flow of projects, which is nice. As a fully remote contractor, I usually get 6-12 month contracts, so it's not constant job hunting. It's a solid mid-sized company with a decent client base in the tech services industry.
Cons: Job security really depends on client projects. If a contract ends or gets cut short, you're back on the market pretty quickly. There's not the same long-term commitment you'd find at a big tech corporate job.
Advice to Management: Try to offer more long-term retainers or internal projects to bridge gaps for good performers. It would really boost morale and reduce turnover among fully remote staff.
