Cons: True remote work isn't really an option unless you're super senior. It feels like a smaller corporate company, not a modern tech startup. Project managers often need to be in the Austin office more than other roles.
Advice to Management: Really consider expanding truly remote options for digital roles. The current limited hybrid model might be holding back talent acquisition. Don't stick to such a rigid onsite requirement.
