Pros: Working as a Product Developer in the sportswear industry here is interesting. The team collaboration in the Portland office is really good. You get decent athletic gear discounts, too.
Cons: Leadership can feel pretty disconnected from us on the ground. There's not enough clear direction for big product initiatives. It makes career growth feel a bit stuck sometimes.
Advice to Management: Management should work on communicating a clearer long-term vision. Engage more directly with individual teams to understand daily challenges and opportunities. Be more present.
