Cons: As a Software Engineer, expect long hours, especially nearing project deadlines. It's hard to disconnect; there's always an expectation to be online. This makes work-life balance challenging here in this big tech firm.
Advice to Management: Management needs to set clearer boundaries for technical roles and actually encourage disconnecting. Burnout is real, especially for engineers in this data analytics industry.
