Pros: The work flexibility is great here. As an Amazon Account Manager, I had a lot of control over my schedule for client calls and daily tasks. It's truly a WFH environment, which is a huge plus for me remote from Arizona.
Cons: Sometimes, the client workload can get really heavy. There's not always a clear boundary, which means long hours are common for Amazon seller services. Work-life balance can suffer when things get crazy.
Advice to Management: Try to help Account Managers manage client expectations and workload better. Even with remote flexibility, folks can get burned out if there's no clear end to the workday.
