Hybrid model is decent for internal roles
Pros: I liked the hybrid work setup. As a Recruiter, I could work from home a couple of days a week, which was a big help for my commute in Southern California. The company does offer some good remote opportunities for contract employees too.
Cons: Even with hybrid, it's hard to truly disconnect. Being in the recruitment industry means you're always on call for candidates and clients. There isn't much flexibility when you're managing urgent temporary roles.
Advice to Management: Try to set clearer boundaries for client and candidate communication, especially after hours. This would really help with work-life balance for the recruitment team.

Decent Place, But Work-Life Balance Can Be Tricky
Pros: I liked the team dynamic; everyone was pretty supportive, especially for new recruiters. The hybrid work model was a big plus, letting us balance office time in Orange County, CA with WFH days. It's a solid place to learn the staffing industry.
Cons: Work-life balance can be tough as a Recruiter. Client demands often mean longer hours, sometimes staying late for candidate calls. There's pressure to hit quotas, which adds stress and cuts into personal time.
Advice to Management: Try to better manage client expectations so recruiters aren't constantly working overtime. Maybe more support during peak times.

Decent place for recruiters, culture is okay
Pros: As a Recruiter here, I've enjoyed the team environment. People are generally supportive, which is a big plus in a fast-paced staffing agency. The hybrid model for work also helps a lot with personal commitments.
Cons: Sometimes the pressure to hit targets can make the culture feel a bit cutthroat. There's not always a clear path for career growth past a certain point. Leadership could do more to foster genuine team building, especially in the Orange County, CA office.
Advice to Management: Focus on celebrating team wins more often, not just individual metrics. Try to implement more structured training for long-term career development within the staffing agency.
