Decent experience, but slow career growth
Pros: It's good for getting real hands-on experience, especially in mobile development. You'll tackle lots of different enterprise solutions for clients. Being remote offers solid work flexibility, which is a big plus for work-life balance.
Cons: Career growth is really slow here; there isn't a clear path for advancement as a Web Developer. Promotions are pretty rare, especially for the remote team. There's not much budget for professional development or training in new tech, which makes it tough to improve skills in this digital outsourcing environment.
Advice to Management: Please create clearer career paths for your web development roles. Invest more in professional development and training for your remote employees. It would really help with morale and retention if there were more opportunities for promotion.

Decent Flexibility, But Client Demands Are Real
Pros: I loved working remote from my home office. For roles like a Web Developer in the digital outsourcing industry, it's a solid perk. You can often set your own hours if tasks are completed.
Cons: Client meetings for our enterprise solutions often dictate your day. You sometimes feel pressured to be online during off-hours, affecting true work-life balance. It's not always genuinely flexible.
Advice to Management: Try to buffer your development teams from constant client time zone shifts. Set clearer boundaries for after-hours communication.
