Pros: I've found a good group of people here. Everyone, especially other Junior Project Managers, is pretty collaborative. The mid-sized consulting firm vibe means you actually get to know folks, which is nice.
Cons: Sometimes the culture feels a bit too 'work hard, play never.' Client projects can be intense, and it's tough to maintain a good work-life balance even with our hybrid model. Leadership sometimes pushes unrealistic deadlines for project delivery.
Advice to Management: Management needs to look at the actual workload for project delivery. We could use more resources or realistic project timelines to ease the pressure on employees in our Dallas office.
