By May 2013, we had achieved PEZA Accreditation. Upon realizing the broad scope of Information Technology as not just solely design and programming, we have extended our coverage to all back-end services under the Information Technology field.

Flexibility is Tough, But Predictable
Pros: You get a pretty set schedule here for Customer Service Representative roles. That means you know your shifts in advance. It's solid if you like routine and planning ahead.
Cons: Remote work options are almost non-existent for frontline staff in the Manila office. So, don't expect to do much work-from-home. Changing shifts last minute is really hard to pull off.
Advice to Management: Consider offering more hybrid or remote options for agents who prove reliable. It would really help with employee morale and retention in the competitive BPO industry.
