Pros: As a Sales Associate, I had decent control over my daily schedule for client visits. There's some talk about a hybrid model for the Manila office, which would definitely help with commute times.
Cons: Actual work from home days are tough to get, especially in the automotive industry where showroom presence is key. Management often expects you onsite, even for tasks that could easily be done remotely.
Advice to Management: Consider implementing clearer, more consistent policies for remote work. It would really help us Sales Associates manage our time better without impacting customer service.
