Pros: As a Junior Associate Attorney, I got solid exposure to different aspects of corporate law. The partners are good at teaching when you're onsite in the office. You really get to dig into client cases.
Cons: Career growth is pretty slow here, it's tough to move up. There aren't many clear promotion paths, especially for entry-level legal professionals. You can get stuck doing the same tasks for a while.
Advice to Management: Create clearer career paths and offer more opportunities for professional development for junior staff. It would help with retention.
