Pros: Sometimes there's a bit of wiggle room for IT recruitment roles if your team is really on top of things. You can sometimes shift your lunch break, which is a small perk in the busy Manila office. It's not a super rigid corporate environment if you're performing well.
Cons: True work-from-home options are pretty much gone for Associate Recruiters now, which is tough. If you're on an onsite project, there's very little flexibility with your hours, even if you need it. The outsourcing industry here just demands a lot of presence, making work-life balance a struggle.
Advice to Management: Think about bringing back work-from-home options for Associate Recruiters and other key staffing roles. It would really help with morale and reduce turnover in the competitive IT outsourcing market.
