Tough Hours, but You Learn a Lot
Pros: I've gained a ton of experience as a Project Coordinator here. The sheer volume of diverse construction projects we handle means you're always learning. The team in the Seattle office is generally supportive too, which helps when things get hectic.
Cons: Work-life balance is a real challenge, especially with tight project deadlines. Expect long hours, often 50-60+ hour weeks, which isn't great for personal time. There's not much work flexibility for onsite construction roles.
Advice to Management: Leadership needs to consider hiring more staff to manage the workload and reduce the pressure on existing project management teams. Burnout is a real concern and it affects team morale.
