Pros: The team I worked with in the Makati City office was really supportive and knowledgeable. I learned a lot from my fellow software development engineers. Plus, the hybrid work arrangement offers decent flexibility.
Cons: Upper leadership lacks a consistent, clear vision for the company's future projects. As a Software Engineer, it often felt like project goals shifted constantly without proper communication. Management sometimes struggles to understand the real technical challenges faced by the teams in IT services.
Advice to Management: Please try to provide more consistent and clear strategic direction for the various software development initiatives. Improve transparency in decision-making and project pivots. Consider involving technical leads more in high-level planning to bridge the gap between management and engineering teams.

Pros: As a Junior Software Engineer, I learned a lot about the IT services industry. There's good initial training, and it's a supportive environment for new hires in the Manila office. You get decent exposure to different projects early on.
Cons: Career growth here really stalls after a few years. It's hard to move up from an entry-level software developer role; there aren't clear promotion paths or mentorship programs. Opportunities for learning new tech are also pretty limited on many projects.
Advice to Management: Management should create clearer career paths for software developers. Invest in more advanced training and mentorship programs to help people move past junior roles.
