Stable role if you don't mind slow growth
It's a stable place to work if you're looking for security in the renewable energy industry. Don't expect rapid promotions, though.
Job security is pretty solid here. The renewable energy sector is growing, so there's always work. As a Renewable Energy Analyst, I felt secure in my role, especially with the long-term projects we had at the Denver office.
Career growth isn't great, though. It's tough to move up even within specific technical roles. Management doesn't communicate clear paths for advancement, which can be frustrating for employees looking for the next step.
Leadership needs to clearly define career paths for technical roles like Renewable Energy Analysts. Communication about internal promotions and opportunities would really help boost morale and retention.
